Big news!
P&T is excited to share that 100 McAllister—an important part of UC Law’s Academic Village—broke ground yesterday!
This $284M transformation reimagines a 28-story landmark that was designed by Pflueger and Hobart and completed in 1930. Over nearly a century, the building has lived many lives—church, hotel, office—and is now being thoughtfully adapted into housing, classrooms, and administrative space.
As Preservation Architect, P&T is responsible for the historic rehabilitation scope which includes the exterior masonry + stone facade and significant interior spaces, including the lobby, and adaptations to the former cafe, dining room, and penthouse apartments.

A BIG NIGHT FOR PRESERVATION
Last night, the iconic Ebell of Los Angeles, hosted the LA Conservancy Awards and Page & Turnbull was honored to be part of the celebration and members of two winning projects:
1️⃣ P&T was architect for the rehabilitation of the Disney Bungalow.
2️⃣ P&T was preservation architect for the seismic strengthening of UCLA’s Powell Library.
